Elho

Program: Shipper Highlighter
Benefit: Speed to Market

Elho had a time sensitive opportunity for significant placement in garden center chain.

Prepack shippers on pallet bases formed the basis of their program but didn’t accommodate high impact graphics or ability to display product samples.
In collaboration with client, we were able to turn around approval sample from initial sketch in 25 days.
From sample approval, we delivered first containers within 11 weeks, enabling client to meet aggressive retailer timeline.

Maytronics

Program: Pool Vacuum Display
Benefit: Value Engineering

Client asked us to redesign existing display for reduced cost while maintaining structural integrity.

We re-engineered the framework to reduce carton pack-out by almost 50%. This is particularly important given unprecedented ocean freight costs and impacts total supply chain efficiency – including carbon footprint.
Greater than 20% total cost reductions achieved though a series of value engineering efficiencies.
We are now working on further programs for international distribution.

Lang

Program: Calendar Spinner
Benefit: Multi-Materials

Having used basic wire spinners for many years, Lang desired an elevated in-store execution for their premium calendars, with the added complication of significant weight-loading increase (>100lbs).

Our design encompasses the tried & tested functionality of a heavy-duty spinner principal with the addition of wood features on base, corner uprights and header.
Our wooden accent frame combined with a brushed metal logo elevates the premium value of this brand.
We are now in our fourth year of production for this program.

Program: Big Box Terra Display
Benefit: Scale

Flexible, mobile merchandiser to accommodate pots, saucers and trays across a wide variety of shapes and sizes.
Footprint designed to optimize capacity within a limited space.
Display flat packs for efficient distribution and assembles in minutes.
Our flexible capacity enables scaling to accommodate seasonal needs with more than 50 containers delivered to client over the past three years..

Sunset

Program: Tomato Spinner
Benefit: “Unique” Secondary Location

Sunset wanted to take advantage of their unique packaging shape to create a proprietary freestanding display for secondary location in the Produce section.

The custom spinner shelf is unique to Sunset’s packaging and interchangeable, high impact graphics around the 3-D header and base assembly reinforce the brand messaging.
Designed to flat pack, but robust when built – client reported zero defects and significantly increase in-store life.

Bloem

Program: Max Capacity Shoparound
Benefit: Footprint Optimization

Client asked us to create a flexible indoor/outdoor display system to maximize capacity across multiple footprints and planograms.

Common components developed for upright structure and wire product holders with two base options for smaller and larger capacity display options – enabling custom product configurations for each retailer.
Tried-and-tested technology incorporated into base connector to ensure maximum stability when displays are fully loaded – no wobble!
Displays were engineered and kitted to optimize carton size for ocean freight and local distribution efficiencies.
Program has been running for 4 years with over 6,000 units delivered to date.
